Need help to ID# (TBI orTPI) correctly.

Hey,
I need to know, look at those camshaft/lifters> what it is for TBI or TPI what I found from barn in Appalachian Mountain where I live in Tennessee.

Axle/Gears: 12B-3.73/9"-3.89
That's not the VIN, that's the casting #. 14093638 is a common 350 one-piece rear main seal roller lifter block, could be from a truck, f-body, Vette, Caprice, etc.

083 heads and 2-bolt mains were used for the f-body TPI engines. If it was all from the same engine, it's probably a TPI.

Wonder, can that Camshaft (look at post#1) and valve cylinder heads from TPI could be interchange in 305 TBI, would it work? better/strong run?

I assume that question is stupid..I did search and won't work to be interchange 305TBI -350 tpi.
I would go selling those tpi things...

Depends upon your definition of "work".

Would it run? Sure. Would it be a good combination? Probably not.

Why not use the whole 350 engine?
