I dunno man....your expectations sound a little high. The rotating assembly seems a little on the heavy side and I don't think those heads are capable based on the valve size you listed. And I think you mean 2.05/1.60 on the sizes. Cam lobe design as well as seperation is key too. What will your compression be?

Re: Engine Specs

Without really knowing much about what's in there, i'd say you'd be lucky to push 450HP.
How about some part numbers?
Heads and cam. and pistons. That's all that really matters.

Re: Engine Specs

the heads are 49cc chambers,215cc intake runners, 2.05int 1.60 exh.
the cam is 294int duration 302exh, 260int at .050 268exh, 640int lift 640exh, 106 lobe centerline, compression is supposed to be around 13-1

my machinist told me the wrong cam size the duration was way off but this is the cam i got

Re: Engine Specs

650 is feasible but your gonna have to wind her to the moon, and the carb will have to be bigger, at the very least

Re: Engine Specs

well there lies a small problem, as far as i know a 305 and a 350 look identical on the outside.
the easiest way to find out what motor you have would be to find the casting number on the block and look it up. the number should be on the lip on the back of the motor behind the drivers side head

Re: Engine Specs

if you post it on here then you should be able to find out what it is.
my friend has a parts interchange book that tells you everything about heads,block,cranks,etc.... by their casting numbers. i think you can get one locally at a parts store but not sure
