are they 1.60 1.94?

I think they are 1.84" Intake and 1.50" Exhaust... Casting number on those heads should be 14101081. I think the chamber size is 58cc.

Just run a quick search for that casting # (14101081) and you should get some info. Here's the thread I turned up on a Google search that gave me the valve sizes (reply #4). Hope that helps.

anyone know what the stock cam specs are on this motor and what the largest can that can be run with the stock springs?

Here are the stock cam specs for 1990 (scroll down the page a little). Unfortunately I can't answer your question about the max lift on stock springs, but I'm sure someone else will come along with an answer for that. Good luck.
