The Right Cam? Please Help

Hello to all, I am in the process of doing a 92RS 305 TBI to a TPI.
My car was bought new. The oil was changed @ 3000 miles, has
165.454 on the motor. Motor is sound with no smoke, etc. Being
this far into it thought I would change the Timing chain, water
pump, etc. My question is with a stock ECM what cam should I
buy? I am going with headers also.

The stock camshaft from the 88-89 L98 engine looks like a pretty good one.

Thank you 305sbc, where would one find that cam & does it have enough duration
to give some sound in the headers?
