BBK AFPR install directions, Questions..
Tomorrow I'm going to be installing my new BBK afpr, but I have a couple questions. Since it didn't come with directions I just want to confirm a few things before I pop it in. My main question is the little disc that comes with it, it appears to be a spacer of some sort. I'm assuming this piece goes between the adjustment screw and the top of the diaphram, am I correct? Also I can simply discard the retainer ring from the factory pressure reg top right? Is there any thing else I'm forgetting or should know when doin the install? What should I set the FP at with the engine off? Any tips or info would be greatly appreciated, thanks! Does anyone know where I could get a copy of install directions online?

Just bought one of these for my friend's camaro. Instructions are on the page linked above. Have not had a chance to install it yet, so I don't know about the spacer. Hope this helps.

Re: BBK AFPR install directions, Questions..
thanks for the info, I checked on summit and found the directions, the little spacer disc does in fact go on top of the spring on the diaphram. Did you also purchase a new diaphram with the regulator cap? I for some reason thought the BBK piece would come with a new diaphram but I was mistaken, found one from autozone for $45 which seems to be a good price. Defently a good idea to replace it since the newest one possible is still 17 years old at best. Mine was in increadibly poor shape despite the fact that the car ran just fine.
