I was just wondering if anyone has bought those engine building books and if so did it help??? I want to know if there really is a good book to get that isn't BS'ing you and sticks to the truth????

What is it that you need to know? There is a lot that goes into engine building and one book may be better than another, but you might learn more when doing it yourself and asking a ton of questions with someone who has done it or is doing it.
