Check your brakes. May be down all the way and need work.

i changed the fluid and put in the posi additive. and theres still a clicking but i can seem to pinpoint it. =/ perhaps it might be the brake afterall.

Check to see if there is something loose back there. Grap things and shake them. The posi additive needs a little time to get worked in. Not sure how long, but needs some time. When you check your brakes, make sure the pads are in place and not moving around.

Also this may sound silly but make sure you dont have a stone lodged in the tire. Thats can make a nice clicking sound.

the first sings of your U-joints going bad is a clicking noise. when you changed the gear oil did you by any chance see metal shavings? not to scare you but i wouldn't be surprise if your rear end is shot. that grinding noise you hear is only going to get worse

might check your e-brake i know it sounds crazy, but mine got screwed up somehow and started making real odd noises while driving so now its unhooked. wish it wasn't need to fix that.

That's what I'd figure it to be.
