service engine light

I have a 1990 RS 305 and I want to know if I swap the steering wheel that comes stock with an airbag, cutting the airbag wire (only possible way to remove?) will the SES light stay on?

Re: service engine light

no...the INFL REST (inflation restraint) will be on....make sure you do a search on how to properly remove the steering wheel so it doesn't blow up in your face....
