Need help once again found my problem and need solutions and places.
Alright i found my problem when hitting bumps. Where can i get new rubbers, on the web.
Also where can i get a Aftermarket Open Element for my 305 tbi?
Check the sway bar end-links, circled in green. Turn the steering wheel full lock each side and look behind the wheel. You will be able to see them. If the rubber (red in the attached picture) has rotted away, the washers will jingle as you describe.
The rear end also has these that could be doing the same thing (no pic).

your local auto parts store should be able to help you . they are nothing exotic , neither is the air cleaner . good luck .
