A few wide range questions

First I am swapping to tpi on my 305.. The setup I am thinking about came from a 350. It's a Maf.. i know speed density is considered better but this is the deal I have. I know I need a knock sensor for a 305.. Will the bigger injectors work.. or should I just a setup for a 305? I have searched and all I can find are ppl using 305 injectors on a 350.

Second, I have a 9 bolt rearend that I need inspected and re-sealed.. I don't know where I should take it. I put this thing together (my housing was bent, so I put everything in a new housing) and I don't know for sure if the pinion gears are ligned up exactly right.. I drove with it for 2 days and I had what sounded like a thunder noise. The passenger side was leaking gear oil.. What type of place should I bring it to?

Lastly I have a T5 that came out of another car.. It was an 87 so It's not world class. My question is with the trans out and the bellhousing taken off, should I be able to make it shift through all of the gears? I can feel Neutral 3rd 4th 5th and Rev. I can't seem to get it to go to 1st or 2nd though. Is this transmission junk (other than being a non wc t5)?
