So where exactly does this connect to?

okay... i think this is related to my vacuum leak, but does this hose connect into the side of the air filter pan? it has no where else to go, but it doesn't seem to fit into the cut-out in the pan easily..

and one more...... (the rubber black hose under the pan base)

i found this under the pan base, but i think its just a vent hose... but im not sure. anyone know where it goes?

i can't seem to find any diagrams anywhere with my answer, i appreciate the help.

Yea if I can get a pic of what is wrong I will prolly be able to figure out what is wrong with it. I had a vacuum issue just yesterday and I pretty much memorized the entire system.

Re: So where exactly does this connect to?

It connects to the side of the filter. If you look at the side opposite of the filter cone there should be a hole that size. Just look around the metal filter and you will find it. It is near the passenger side of the filter. As for the smaller one, I'll go look now for you.

The smaller one connects to the front of the carb. It is more towards the driverside in the front.
