i am trying to put some go into my stock lg4 because i desire to keep the stock engine and the fact that i just want to learn to build engines. so here is my problem, this is the cam i want COMP Cams K12-234-2 it can be found on summit. i have purchased a holly 600cfm vacume secondary carb, edlebrock intake, and accel distributor that is mechanicaly/vacume advanced. with that cam kit what rods should i buy because there are many different sizes....do i need to change the rockers?...will my heads need to be machined? i know this is a lot of questions but even though i would like a straight forward answer it would be great if someone could explain why if they know. because im not sure i completely understand the magic math that goes into cam and head mixes,, any help would be appreciated thank you
