Running Rough, Trouble Starting.
My buddy has an 89 formula with a 305 TPI.
The car takes forever to start and when it does finally start it runs very rough and very rich.
Weve replaced the CTS and the O2 sensors. and it has a new fuel pump. The timing has not been messed with but i considered that too
Any ideas on what it could be?
