Need help with cams

Im in need of some help identifying which one of two cams would be better for my car they are both out of 305's the first is older and the only lettering i can find on it is EPI or EP1 its hard to tell and the lift is .285 int/exh roughly
(I used a vernier I just dont trust my measuring ability) i dont have a degree wheel or anysuch thing to measure the duration with the second cam is much newer (manafacture date on the end says 11/26/04) but seems odd because the lift for the number one cylinder is different that the rest 2-8 all have .305 lift number one has .320 not sure why this is or if this is normal whichever one is chosen will be going into a 79' 305 block bored .010 over, street dominator manifold (high rise), edelbrock thunder series 500cfm carb, headman headers, dynomax cat back, accel dist/super coil. this is in a 83 z28 a new cam isnt out of the question if niether of these will work well for me it needs to be streetable but i would like to stay more on the performance end with a moderately rough idle any info/advice would be very appreciated
