Since i cant find a decent set of 083 will 187 heads work as well as 083 heads on my tuned port.

Re: 083 or 187 heads

I know that 14101083 heads came factory on the '87 Camaro IROCZ 350. These are 350 heads. These are 4.00" bore heads.

If the other number in full is: 14102187 then these are '87-'91 305 heads. These are 3.74" bore heads. I do not think that these heads will work on your 350.

Re: 083 or 187 heads

The 187's would "work" on the 350, as in bolt on, move air, and whatnot. But, being the 305 swirlies, I don't know how prudent of an idea it would be. I would keep looking for a different set of castings, personally.
