i just bought an 1988 camaro sc, and the problem im having is the wipers will turn on and work fine, but when i shut them off the dont turn off, they keep going, until i shut the car off and turn it back on will they relax back onto the cowl. im sure its a wiring issue, i replaced the motor and everything.
