mystery part??
I'm new to this so I was just wondering what this hose is for it goes into each cylinder at the heads on both sides, so if you could respond asap that would be great thanks.

those are AIR tubes... It's emissions stuff. If you hate the environment you can remove them and plug them.

When our cars become more desirable people will pay a mint for a good AIR system because everyone hacks em up just because they don't how they look.

I would just leave it I had that in my 305 Camaro till I dumped in the new 350. Just makes life harder when changing the spark plugs.

Yeah it's not worth it to remvoe it unless it becomes a problem for whatever reason. For me I went to a carbureted setup so there was really no point.
