Oil and smoke Problems?

I have a 1991 RS V8 305. It uses about a quart of oil every 50 miles and doesnt leak much at all and smokes very bad when you give the car gas. The smoke smells very gasy. any solutions to this problem???

how many miles are on the motor? Could be rings, bad valve seals or worn valve guides.
