Broken Oil Filter Mount...?

Never dealt with anything like this, so i dont know what to do.

Trying to start up my car after an engine swap, and i cant get any oil pressure.

Checked underneath to see what was going on, and the oil filter was leaking like a screen door. I thought maybe i left the old gasket in there, but nope.....

I noticed that the part the oil filter SCREWS ON TO, is very loose. I can jiggle it around....

Is my motor f-d? or can i replace/repair this....?

I have no idea how its held there or anything, any help appreciated.

Re: Broken Oil Filter Mount...?

there shouldbe 2 screws/ bolts that bolt the screw on piece to the block proabably loose if your worried u can get the screw on piece from GM and the 2 screws/bolts no biggie unless the bolts are stripped or broken good luck

Yes. You can probably get one at a parts store.
