Can I put a 671 blower on a stock 350 ?
if not what would I have to do?

Re: 671 Blower

You could if you really underdrive it to stay below 5 pounds of boost.

A proper blower engine needs a lot of good internal parts and low compression, forged pistons to survive. Building an engine for a blower is no different than building an engine for a turbo or nitrous. A stock engine can handle a small amount of increased HP but it really needs to be built to handle a lot of HP that these power adders can provide.

Re: 671 Blower

You will need a Chev blower manifold. Small distributor. You also need a SBC blower drive mandrel for the crank. Probably a different length belt. Being used, the blower probably needs new strips.

You'll be better off just buying a complete kit specific for your engine instead of trying to piece together a used system. A complete kit is around $4000. Just add carbs and linkage.
