car wont crank on start up
my fuel pump sounds, but when i go to start my car nothing happens. there is no sound or cranking from the engine. also there is gas in the oil. the car recently got a new regulator, starter, and fuel pump. hopefully its something as a faulty one of those. the car does get power, and it says its at about 13 volts. the engine is a 350 tpi.
thanks for your help

Re: car wont crank on start up
check your nuetral switch in the shifter. try starting it in nuetral, too. might have to wiggle the shifter to get it to crank. if you have a test light, check for power on the brown wire on the nuetral switch, and the purple wire right below it AS YOU CRANK. if you have power on the brown but not the purple, then there you go. obviously, try the other method first before you have to open up the cover...
