oil leaking from mechanical fuel pump?
So ive been having this really bad oil leak and have started changing all the gaskets and thought i was done. then the next day theres no oil in the car and its all over the floor so i put oil in and revved the engine and it seemed to be coming from a little hole on the fuel pump. any ideas why its doing this?

Looks like the "sofakingdom" leak. Is there a bolt in the top accessory hole where the smog pump was mounted? Can't tell for sure from the pic. That bolt hole goes into the fuel pump bore and should be plugged with a short bolt when the pump is removed.

Ive got those plugged up, but im curious to know if the bolt was to long and got pushed in to far could that cause the oil to go through the back of the fuel pump?

Re: oil leaking from mechanical fuel pump?
If the bolt's too long it will bind the fuel pump push rod. You may want to pull yours off and check it and the gasket. A replacement fuel pump should be under $20.
