Fully Roller 350 out of a 97 Pickup

I want to install this cam. Would I have to change my pushrods?

Small Block Chevy 262-400 Hydraulic Camshaft
COMP CAM EXTREME ENERGY 268

Great for street machines, largest cam for stock converter, better with 2000+ stall.

yes, and you would have to change the lifters, because that cam is for non-roller lifters. You'd do better with the LT4-HOT cam.

I like the choppy idle of the 268, and it comes with lifters

And a new timing set to suit the flat tappet cam

Is that the sum of your goals?

To summarize the answer to your original question, roller lifter push rods are shorter than flat tappet push rods, so you'd need a new set.

Will that cam work good with An edelbrock rpm intake? I have a 600 holley, 906 heads.

An Edelbrock Performer RPM Vortec intake, yes.

Still wondering why you're downgrading to a flat tappet cam.

(Also wondering why you quoted my previous response, since what you asked next didn't have anything to do with what I said.)
