oil pressure gauge
oil pressure gauge
Just bought a 1982 Berlinetta. The oil pressure gauge was bouncing around until it just pegged out. The needle on the gauge is all the way up when I start it now. It's got a 350 engine with a Holley carb.............HELP

Re: oil pressure gauge
The oil pressure sending unit that GM used on this generation of engines was notorious for having a short lifetime. Remember the sending unit is matched to the gauge. If yours has been replaced only once I would say it needs replacing again. Needless to say if it's the original one, I'd be amazed it lasted this long.
