HSR replacement FPR

I Have a HSR on my 91 At WOT the fuel pressure drops. I believe I need a FPR. Given the bad reviews on the Holley FPR I would like suggestions on a good brand that will bolt right up.

I hear the Buick GN FPR will bolt right up, Is this true? If so, what is the stock fuel pressure set at?
