Cam recommendations for HSR Vortec L98 rebuild

Guys,

The stock L98 is finally getting it's overhaul. This is what I've already got for the project:
HSR
58mm TB
Vortec heads (iron)
SLP cold air intake
MSD ingition box
Heddman shorties

The car, a 92 Z28 5.7TPI stocker, already has a 3.73 rear end and a T-5 tranny. I need some help in determinig the proper cam and chip burning map to get to 375-400hp range with lots of torque. The car won't be a daily driver but I will use it to commute on low traffic days and still needs to be street/strip/autocross ready.
I'm planning on keeping the stock block displacement and just upgrading the necessary components.

Any help is greatly appreciated

I have this in my L98 with AFR heads and HSR intake. I'm happy with it.
