cam and head suggestions

Engine: 72 chevy 406 sbc
Transmission: 700r4
Axle/Gears: 3.42 eaton posi
cam and head suggestions
i have a 400 30 over crank and bearings done last summer hi volume oil pump,performer intake ,shorty headers,flowmaster exhaust 3.42 gears new posi.
crank is stock. im want a cam wih a loppy idle, i know ill need a better converter, whats a descent head and cam to use .this is only a toy and not a all out drag car.usually drivin everyother weekend during summer months. just looking for better then stock ideas . and would the 2100 stall from v6 s10 be enough for a loppy idle cam? or would i need a bigger stahl? thanks for any replies folks
