Hi i posted awhile ago about my motor acting weird...well i took it to the shop to get the intake manifold gaskets replaced...i went back to check on it and as soon as they got it off there was a whole in the intake manifold and a crack in it so now i gotta replace that...my question is how does that happen exactly cause those things are pretty solid....its just a question to see how this happend thanks.

 

Without knowing where the hole is exactly it's next to impossible to tell.

 

its on the right side in the rear its a water port that has a hole in it..like the very last water port on the right hand side.

 

Where is the hole? On the mating surface side? Maybe someone used something to pry the manifold up and cracked it. A pic would help quite a bit here.

 

yeah its right on top i will get a pic up as soon as i get this dang car to run..the mechanic is having trouble getting it to stay running now.
