anyone know the torque specs for the intake manifold bolts on a 88 lo3?

I believe it to be 30 foot pounds. you might want to double check that.

They are 30 foot pounds. I recommend putting them in at 10 foot pounds at a time till u reach 30 so you will have to tighten the manifold three times . This will tighten the manifold more evenly. And just a few extra pounds shouldn't hurt but be careful because to much can cause the manifold to crack

And make sure you get that manifold to lay flat by starting with the centre bolts and then working your way out in a spiral pattern.

No point in over-tightening them... no benefit to be had, only risks of damage.

Just do them to the right torque and move on.
