cylinder tolerances

i am about to build my chevy 350 and i need to know if i need it bored or not, ive got a bore gauge but what are the tolerences of the cylinders to tell if they are to out of round?

im building the engine for street/strip and to last 100,000+ miles

and its a 1989 chevy 350 if that matters
