When it starts an idles every once in a while it will die down and almost stall but it comes back, when put into gear it almost dies then revs up again, and the more you press the pedal the more it bogs down, if you floor it it takes probably 10 secs to reach 25 30 miles an hour. Any Ideas, I think its either fuel pump, or ecu, im not sure

 

Have you got SES light? Pull codes and see what that tells you.

 

Check your fuel pressure.

 

thanks for the suggestions, i ended up swapping the ecu and now she runs like a champ
