Getting my car out of storage

So I stored my car at my parents condo 120 km from where Im living. When I stored it I took out my amp and sub. I also took the negative post off the battery. 2 months ago I went down to check on he car and to start her up. Had to jump the car, it ran great until I started driving around the underground and went over a speed bump. After this, the engine started cutting out, as if a kill switch was pulled. But I could give it gas and keep it running, it had no throttle response.
Whats going on here guys? Do you think this could be from a loose battery connection.

Probably not. The engine will run just fine off of the alternator with the battery completely removed from the car after you get it started.

But, it probably is a loose electrical connection someplace. Ignition is usually a good place to start looking.
