Hey, my Speedo Cable needs replaced (speedometer not working). When looking at new ones, there are different lengths available. How do I determine which length I need, without pulling the old one first?

Also, does the speedo cable also work the tach (it's not working either)?

Sorry, the speedo cable has nothing to do with the tach. As for ordering a cable, you can simplify this. Just log on to www.rockauto.com and search your application. It'll be about $5. Seriously.

 

If you can find one longer than stock length, I'd recommend getting it. The stock length *JUST* fits if you run it along the same route the old one was at. Taking the old one out you may notice that it is two pieces connected together. The new one (at least the one I received) is only one piece.
