Valve Springs/ Comp Cam 264hr-12

Axle/Gears: 3.70 9bolt
Valve Springs/ Comp Cam 264hr-12
Guys was just given a free 264Hr cam. I am doing the HSR change over so figured I would go ahead and install the cam while I was there.
What springs should I run on the stock heads? The 981's or Hotcam Springs? I can get the hot cam springs for like 40.oo but don't know if they are direct drop in or will I have to have new valve seats and all. Once again the cam was free so figured why not if it only cost me another 80 bucks or so. Cam Specs
