What is this plug for????

I have a 91 Z28 with the 5.0 TPI engine with the 700 R4 tranny. It starts and idles perfectly, but when I drive it the car seems as if it is getting too much fuel and is a dog.. Now that I have been able to tinker with it, it is almost like the MAF or MAP is not hooked up. From what I understand there is no maf on this car from factory.. Can someone tell me what this plug is for? It is not hooked up, just laying under the TB and I have no sensors attached anywhere on the lid, intake tube, etc.. Can someone tell me what this might go to, or what I am missing on the intake?

Thanks!

Plug goes to the AC compressor

Intake is missing the Y-snorkel attached to the filters

Thanks, that is good to know.. I have the Y snorkel, just was not in the pictures. I just wanted to know if there was a sensor or something that I was missing somewhere in the intake before the TB.
