'88 TPI 350 Qs
Going to replace the 305/700r4 with something quick. Found a '88 tpi 350 and trans for $875 with 67k miles still in the car. I hope this is obo.
Are there any crazy issues with this engine? Besides a regasketing and maybe a timing chain, what else should I replace while it's out?
I am hoping this is the L98 engine. I'll be taking the radiator, fans, and anything else of value if he won't come down on the price.
I still need the call the junkyards for later model stuff, but this seems to be the fastest way to get my DD rolling again.

$875 is very high. $625 would be more like it, if it includes the computer and harness.
You aren't going to like the results if you bolt this to your LO3 exhaust system. So try to get those better exhaust pieces with the engine.

I'm also curious about the HP potential of this engine. Or should I just plan a build using a different block and heads. I am doing research , but surfing is tough on a phone
I am mostly curious about turboing this engine. This from a Irok, so I am assuming it has the L98
