I notice the gas mileage because you never have to rev it comparible to my 4 cyl gas mileage and being able to go up hills really fast and easy.
Rarely use full throttle or ever go over 2000rpm.
What are some other benifits you guys notice?
Back when I drove a stealth I had to rev the v6 to get its power up high but it goes through the speedometer faster but has about the same torque.
So driving a camaro feels kind of werid to me because it pulls rally hard and you fly by people but your mph isnt going up as fast.

I notice that you have to be careful when applying the throttle. Either that, or get used to going sideways...

I notice these weird black stripes that magically show up behind the car...

I always love getting stares when I do a burning u-turn, or go sliding around a corner.

I saw this yesterday, and couldn't find an answer. Well, I decided it's because it's the wrong question. The real question is: What do you miss when driving any engine smaller than 5.7L? the answer, of course, is you miss having barely adequate torque. If you want more than "barely adequate", then you need at least 7 liters.

I'm now on a first name basis with the people at the tire store since I changed from barely adequate to nearly adequate torque.

Michelin has some tires with a tread wear rating of 800. they suck at cornering, but they make good stripes.

what i always loved before the motor went to **** and then found out it was a 305 was going like 45 with a stang next to you thinking he's the shi* and then you drop that th350 into first gear with your 30 inch tires and 2.77 gear rear and burning them as you leave him shifting into second then gradually gain traction and wave ur left hand out the window
. {deep breath} ahhhhh those were the days why do bolts vibrate loose when u don't want them to.

My favorite thing to do is peel out at lights and slide sideways around the corners. Also changing lanes and speeding past people on the highway is always fun too.

No, not really I am normally a very safe driver its just that everyone else drives so slow so it looks like I am speeding past everyone. You know what I mean because in Nebraska everyone drives 5-10 mph below the speed limit. I also have proof because I have no speeding tickets and I myself have not run into anybody but, I've been run into twice by other people.

I'm smelling a troll or someone that should be writing children's fairy tale books. Well that or you were driving on ice.

lol thats not nice it was a 13.2 second 305 with street tires and im not joking the guy told me it was a 383 stroker and i drove it and was completely satisfied bought it got heads for it took it to drags and when a oil pan bolt came loose lost oil pressure (leaked all the oil out) spun a rod bearing pulled the motor out found out it was a 305 lol it was not a good deal but im definetely not joking i miss it :'(
