Hi I have a prob and hoping it's not my tranny..its a 89 iroc 350TPI auto trans.over the last couple of days while driving my car it wil drop the RPM's and try to stall I guess and won't regain speed when pushing the gas.but after about 10 seconds or so it starts moving again and RPM go back up andeverythings normal again..when it's doing this their isn't any backfiring or bad engine shake,miss or anything just rpms drops...need help wit this...was told could do wit tans going out...trans sifts really hard I guess it's slipping...could this be a tans filter causin this..thanxs for any help...

 

for a basic check--

fuel pressure ok? fuel pump intermitent? fuel filter need replaced?
Hows the trans fluid level // color // smell??

 

haven't checked all that yet...fluid level checked good and clear I would guess...not black are real dark....no smell from what I can remember...i have had the car a year and never replaced the trans filter and the guy I got it from at it 6months and never did change it...the fuel pump and fuel injectors and filter are about a year old alil longer maybe...i have changed the egr valve,fuel pressure reg,ICA,TPS, and spark plugs,plug wires...when I replaced the egr I broke the wire that goes to the solenid...what about MAF systoms...

 

Getting codes 32,33,34,36,45,46...need help plezz....new TPS,idle air valve,temp sensor....thankful for anyhelp...thanks
