083 heads

with my new 083 heads would i be able to run my engine to higher rpm's preferably close to 5800? they are stock port size and everything

they have the stock springs as of now BUT if they will flow the rpms i have a set of manley 22410-16 345 pound springs and am prepared to install screw in studs if need be and have a valve job done before installing with the new cam.
