backwards plus wires, did i break something?
i pulled about the biggest dumbass move i could with this thing. i had to replace the distributor while i had the rest of the accessories and the headers removed, and when i put it all back together, i put the spark plug wires on counterclockwise. and then cranked and cranked and cranked it while turning the cap to get it to fire so i could time it. it kept firing funny, it would fire once then the second explosion would stop it dead in its tracks. obviously because of the screwed up order. once i finally realized this, i returned them to normal and now it wont even try to start. no firing whatsoever. just cranking. lots and lots of cranking. what could this have screwed up? did it mess up something internal or did i maybe just fry the already pretty old ignition coil? i feel like a total idiot because im sure it woulda started right up if i did it right the first time because of how it was acting. now it wont. help!
(and again, i know how much of an idiot i am for that move. crack your joke and lets move on hahaha.)

If it's acting like there's no spark, I'd check to make sure the wire from the coil to the top of the distributor is on tight first, especially since you were pulling all the other wires off and all. Check the simple stuff first, it's happened before
