ok so i have an 89 camaro Z28 that i took the crap 190 HP 305 throttle body injection motor out of and put in a modded carburated engine in it. Now im finding that the battery wont keep charge. The altenater is new so im thinking it ha something to do with the fact that the comp on the car no longer in the mix since its an old school motor i know there is a way to fix this prob just cant seam to figure it out on my own. Any advice is appricated thanx..
