I watched your video and you cant hear much of anything , the only thing i got from it is JACK STANDS YOU NEED JACK STANDS do not get under a car on just a jack AND NEVER get under a car that's running and in gear on just a jack too many people die every year because they don't wanna take the extra 2 min to put stands under a car. Ok back to your flywheel shimming will not help broke teeth it could acually make it worse , if indeed you are missing teeth the only fix i know of is a new flywheel that means the trans has to come out it's not an expensive part at all but the labor is a bitch.

well apperantly, IT WAS THE FREAKIN PARKING BRAKE CABLE! i cant belive an little cable caused all this hassle lol. Thanks everyone though for all your suggestions.
This is actually sadily one of the best days in my life, first i fix the problem on my camaro and then.... I GET MY 2 FREE MUFFLERS! I won two hushpower mufflers and tried them on the camaro and WOW they sound really good, much cleaner, quiter, and smoother sounding then having no muffler...

Re: Dear god please help me...
what do you mean part or most of it? do you mean of the whole problem im having? are you meaning the driveshaft is crapped? sorry i dont quite get what you mean (im slow lol)
well im positive the noise isnt coming from the front and i alredy did the procedure of having the wheels in the air and the car in gear and their was no noise from the wheels.
also i hear and slight popping noise in the cat, is this an problem? the cat was replaced YEARS ago but the car barely had any miles after it was installed.

I was meaning the grinding noise you mentioned while driving.
So, fixing the cable took care of the noise you heard when starting too?

Re: Dear god please help me...
Thats to be expected. In order to reconnect the brake cables and get them back in place, you need to back off the adjusting nut to the very end of the threads. This should give you the slack you need to put everything back together. Be sure you have the cables routed correctly through all the little brackets so it doesnt drag again.

Re: Dear god please help me...
Get some jackstands. Being under a car only supported by a jack will kill you eventually. I know it's been said already, but it bears repeating. Safety first!
