Too much fuel to engine!

Ok. So im new on here and i could realy use your guy's help. 8 months ago i bought an 87 camaro. 5.7 all stock. evrything is good exept one little problem.....it shoots too much fuel through the fuel line to the engine to the point where i had fuel coming out the intake!!! i replaced the fuel pressure regulator and that wasnt it. the only way i can get it to start and drive is by jamming screws in the fuel lines so that it doesnt pass so much fuel. Much help would be apreciated....Please!

What's your fuel pressure, where was it coming out the intake, and where were you jamming screws in the lines?

the circle is where i have a screw in so not that much fuel can pass and drown my engine. and as you can see, the square is where the part shoots too much fuel. it was leaking when i went to disconnect the fuel line to take the picture

Well to start with, that's not a fuel line, it's the manifold vacuum reference line for the fuel pressure regulator. If it's leaking from there, you've got a bad diaphragm in the regulator.
