What are the CCs of the intake ports and combustion chambers?

They are 64 or 70 CC combustion chambers, which ever you want.

Runners are 195 or 210

 

I see they have multiple configurations from valve size and springs. Any idea whats in the base package of each for that 950 dollars? Upgrades to 2.080" intake valve?

Springs are whatever you want them to be in terms of pressure. Just let us know if it's a roller, or flat tappet and we'll put the right springs on.

Valve size choices are as follows:

195 CC heads can have 2.02 or 2.05
210 CC heads can have 2.02, 2.05, or 2.08

Any chance at all of these being able to have the vortec bolt pattern for the intake?

i have WAYYYY too much time/money into my HSR to ditch it

 

I don't think they have a vortec setup, no one ever asked.

You should post some pics of the ports on these heads they look awesome for the price. I found some pics of the 210cc Profilers and they look top notch.
