Car: 1992 Camaro
Engine: HSR 355, afr 195s, xfi280, Holley e
Transmission: t-5
Axle/Gears: Braced 10 bolt Auburn and 3.73s
Head help TFS-31400001
had on my camaro and plan on putting on my 350. made damn good hp on my mild 305. but i know nothing about these heads other then there were two versions. the G1's and the others. can someone help me out and get me some information on them. wanting to run a cam but dont know the lift i can put on with stock bottom end. please help

So your concern is how much lift you can safely run? That's somewhat dependent on the lobe separation angle ground into the cam, and somewhat dependent on your installed position, the intake center line.
Your heads are limited mostly by your choice of springs. Your pistons have valve reliefs, but they're probably sized for 1.94" valves.
So, just how insane of a cam are you hoping to install, anyway? With a stock bottom end, you really can't reach for high rpm.
I'm guessing you're thinking of an XFI280HR, but that's ridiculous. Shoot for a 218/224-112, 495/503 or something like that.
