3.1 runs rough when warm

3.1 runs rough when warm
my 3.1 runs great on start up and until it hits 195 then it starts running rough and the oil pressure drops and starts bouncing around in the 30 to 45psi range. My ses light is on but its for an EGR valve would that do it? any help would be great thanks!!
