serp set up question

Transmission: T56
Axle/Gears: 3.73 posi 4th gen rear
serp set up question
i have a 91 with the serp belt system. it runs the alt., water pump, p/s, and an a/c delte pulley. i know i have to get the pre 87 water pump and move the alt to use a march pulley set. anything else? can an earlier style alt. be converted? anyone done it with pics and suggestions?
