what works best?

I am looking for a good performance spark plug.
I have the summit racing shorty headers and plug wires that go over the top of the valve covers.
I am looking for something like the E3 or similar but don't want to burn the plug boots on the pipes.
If anyone has a similar setup post a reply and tell me what has worked for you on your car.
