I changed my motor in a 1989 5.7 GTA to a 5.7 out of a 1986 corvette. All accesories and such are from the TA. The only parts from the vette is the block, heads, and valve covers. I was told i was going to loose my cold start but there is nothing different from one block to the other. It will start when it is warm but will not start in the cold. I can get it to fire but shuts off right away. Trying to set the timing and cant keep running long enough. I have put non emission legal headers on it and took off all the polution stuff. Any ideas on how to get it start in the cold. Thanks
