Limits of stock 305?

What is the highest HP and RPM value that the stock 305 crankshaft and stock 305 connecting rods can handle?

your limit'd to barely passing 1 car at a time with a 305!lol just put in a 90 5.7 in an 87 tpi.wow this thing is a rocket.and i'm not a chevy guy.
